Overall, my wife and I had a good stay. The room was large and nicely appointed. We did, however, have two concerns. The first was that the gentleman at the front desk issued us room keys for a room that was already occupied by another guest. The second was that the required valet parking couldn't seem to enter us into their text message based system for requesting our vehicle. We thought this might be due to an incorrect phone number, but re-entering that did not fix the problem. Make sure you allow time if you have dinner reservations, etc.

We loved the decorations they all around the property for Christmas and the fact they are dog friendly was a bonus for us! The complimentary breakfast was great and a huge selection and the Managers Reception every afternoon between 5:00-6.30 plus appetizers was great too! We will definitely be back to stay!

Lovely stay! Breakfast was great and drinks were good for complimentary happy hour too. Santa arrived on Sunday took some pictures in the lobby it was a great surprise for the kids. We’ll be back soon.

NEVER AGAIN ! Mandatory $40 Valet parking/night plus tips on leaving each time. Then my $100k Ram 2500 can't be driven into garage by Valet because it;s considered a "work truck", I had to Self Park outside and expected refund, but NO, Manager was a pompous ass and dismissive saying "that's Marriott, not us". So much enjoying the Lights of St. Augustine....and for being a Valued IHG Platinum Elite member.
