The studio is located on the 1st floor - Viewpoint looking east towards the beach.

Great studio and great location
We both enjoyed the location. Walking distance to the beach, kayak rentals, and bar/dinner so we didn’t feel the need to drive much. No toaster and fairly bare-bones kitchen utensils, but we made do and were able to make the majority of all of our meals. We would still happily stay again.

The studio was lovely. Close to beach. Very comfortable bed. Could use some dish towels in the kitchen. Description of rental said there were beach towels, but there weren’t any. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Fabulous Getaway
Very close to beach. Cross walks have flashing lights drivers actually stop fir pedestrians. Convience store, pizza place and ice cream shop all on the same block! Property was very clean! Managers came at our request to fix tv.
