Anastasia condo is a gated beachfront community with tennis courts and a heated pool. Our condo is located on the sixth floor of a seven floor building tallest in St Johns County. Enjoy one floor living with easy elevator access. This condo hasbeen recently updated with new furnishes and furniture offering a king size bed in the master and a queen bed and a single bed in the guest room. The propertymanager and owner looks forward to maintaing our five star rating and reputation.
This wonderfulcondo is the perfect choice to enhance your vacation. Located just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. The property offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, car wash, RV/boat parking, private beach boardwalk, cable HD TV and free WIFI provided by owner. Enjoy beach side strolls or simply relax on the south side balcony enjoying the sounds and views of the ocean. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed and an in-suite large bath. Guest bedroom offers a queen and twin bed.
Both bedrooms include walk-in closets and ceiling fans. The modern kitchen is well stocked to ensure you can create fabulous meals or take advantage of the excellent selection of local restaurants nearby and some within walking distance.
Approximately 10 miles North on A1A is the Historic City of St. Augustine offering fine and casual dining, outstanding shopping, boutiques, ghost tours, carriage rides, sailing tours, and many additional attractions.
Anastasia Condos is located an hour's drive south of Daytona along the ocean or North to Jacksonville with a 45-minute drive. We are approximately two hours from Disney for a fun day trip.

Wonderful Fall Retreat
We loved our stay in St Augustine. The complex is older but very nice. They were even making improvements while we were there. The condo is very spacious and the view is outstanding. The mirrors in the living area allow you to see the ocean from several vantage points. We enjoyed the heated pool and the relaxing atmosphere. It was very peaceful and quiet. Patty was a great host and we hope to return again soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Patty's condo. The balcony has a good view of the beach. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. The unit is on the 6th floor, and accessible via elevators. The living room and kitchen are spacious. There is washer/dryer in the unit, but guests need to bring detergent. In short, this was a good place to spend a weekend with friends. I recommend.

Great location, convenient to everything and a beautiful view! There was construction going on during our stay which was rather loud in the mornings. We were notified of a main water line bust also. I definitely recommend staying in this condo. It is the perfect location right on the beach with awesome ocean views. The place is clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pictures show exactly how the condo is. It is a very quiet place. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great views at the beach
The property was true to its description, very clean, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The carts and the elevator made it easy to move in. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the balcony to watch the moon risings. The southeastern angle of the view was perfect. I wish the TV had an antenna so that we could screen in the local stations, like I do at home. But we managed with our computer. Overall, it was a great condo and deserved a 5 rating in every respect.

Booking process was very easy and efficient. Our hosts were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Condo was perfect for our getaway. The resort had a very clean look outside, very secure and well maintained. They are completely upgrading the resort and doing a beautiful job. Let me begin by saying Patty and Harry are wonderful (the property managers.) However, out of their control was the condo association had the exterior of the building under construction with jackhammer’s starting at 7:30AM in the morning. This construction was supposed to be completed by the 12th Our stay was from the 17th through the 22nd Patty and Harry took care of us and placed us in another condo🙏

We wound up staying at Sea Place due to construction at this property. Property was clean and as shown online. The only thing that would have been beneficial is blackout curtains in the primary bedroom and living areas so the sun wasn’t shining in at 6:30 a.m. All amenities were nice and as advertised.
