It was very nice for an older hotel. The price was in line for being outside the historic Old town but still walkable to old town and parking is included.

Overall it is a ok place, it is near the tourists attractions, but far enough away to avoid most of the crowds. You will get your steps in staying here. Be aware that the train tracks are right behind the hotel, our room was in the front of the hotel, so it was never a problem. The shower is nice sized, the water is hot, but lacked pressure. But let me tell you about the hidden gem in this hotel.... the Columbian restaurant De Leon....OMG AMAZING!!!! You will have to wait for a table, but trust me, it is worth the wait! Food is fresh, authentic and more than plentiful, definitely sharable portions. If you chose another hotel, I highly recommend visiting the restaurant, your taste buds will thank me! Happy travels!

Room was not clean when we arrived, floor was filthy and facility is old and run down, we called front desk in the morning to express our discontent and just asked that the room be cleaned and floor mopped because of intense amount of dirt on the floor. We left for the day and returned late afternoon to find nothing done. We then discovered ants in the room. Overall, it was a huge disappointment and would never return.

The room we were given had an extremely bright hallway light shining right at our window. Even with curtains it was too bright when we were trying to sleep. Unfortunately they had no spare rooms.

Rented the Executive Suite with 4 friends. It was huge, roomy, clean and very comfortable. Perfect for a group with lots of floor space. Very close to downtown. Would definitely recomm3nd for a group.

We stayed at the property for the night of lights which made the town really crowded it was so nice to come back to our rooms that were spacious and clean also we spent time at the pool area where they have a fireplace it was a cold night so it made it more perfect the area was clean and the outside furniture as well. The front desk staff was great and the restaurant in the premises is amazing. We will definitely stay here again

The room we stayed in, one of the towels still had makeup on it, I was unaware of the train tracks behind the hotel which made for a noisy night, and the drain in the shower and sink had a horrible smell. I told one of the staff members about the remote and he seemed disinterested in helping me solve the issue. Also, after spending over $500 for two rooms, he told me that I was not YET charged some random hotel fee of $15/room which was ridiculous. It was a miserable stay and we could not wait to leave and are thankful we only booked for one night.
