Its not for solo travel and the receptionist was great. The waitress are not nice and made me felt uncomfortable. I just wouldn't go back on my own. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was ok. I enjoyed the spa they where friendly and did the massage very good i was relaxed after. The rooms need to check before guess check in, mine wasn't as clean. Hair was on bed and dusty on most of the furniture. It wasn't far from the beach and i love that.

The menu in the bar area was limited to Tapas or Pizza. However, after a little discussion with the bar staff, they provide us with the main restaurant menu and had the food we chose served to us in the bar. This was an excellent compromise and fantastic customer service

I have to say that all the staff at the cornwall were beyond reproach, they were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, reception on first check in, the bar, restaurant and housekeeping all deserve high praise, have stayed before at The Cornwall and would stay again

Amazing property, really nice spa area with pool, steam room and sauna showers. Room was really spacious, massive toilet and toiletries provided. Robes are also provided, alongside some water bottles in the fridge. Big parking for cars

This was a lovely place to stay while visiting Cornwall. The menu within the restaurant could have been improved with better choices and more variety.

Nice room with a lovely view but the hotel general areas seemed a little dated. Staff were polite and food was great but book the restaurant as it does get busy. Pool and gym were wonderful too !

Amazing stay, lovely very helpful staff. Unfortunately lift was broken so difficult to access areas. Long walk to spa for a disabled person from the hotel. Also needs more disabled allocated parking and a slight rethink on accessibility for over shower bath in rooms- if a handrail was fitted to the shower wall to help with access and stability while standing to shower this would make it much safer for guests. Resturant meal on evening was amazing, but disappointed by cooked breakfast, was not particular hot from serve yourself buffet style hotplates, and felt it lacked finesse. Overall extremely happy with our visit, and spoke to hotel manager regarding the issues i have raised in my comments, and all have been taken on board. Will definitely go back.

Staff were always polite and courteous. Most rooms need to be reached via staircases. The lift (when it works) only takes you part of the way. Room cleanliness was ok but definitely let the hotel down. Bed sheets were not changed despite blood from a nosebleed being on the pillowcase. There was clearly a celebration in the room we had prior to our stay as we kept finding petals, surely the cleaners would have found these each time they cleaned the room!

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony with outdoor seats. The on-site spa was excellent with a well equipped gym, swimming pool, and sauna/steam which was free to use for hotel guests. Very reasonable price for such a lovely place.

The spa is decent & clean, although a bit crowded. Staff was helpful. Clean beddings & comfortable beds. The only hiccups, if I must say, were the lack of facial tissues & shower cap on request.

Didn’t have the wow factor with outlook of room. Breakfast was a bit hot and miss. Food wasn’t replenished well nor the plates etc so had to ask for most things rather than them being at hand. The room albeit too floor so quieter in a generally quiet resort was near to the kitchen. Extractor fan so noise and smells and overlooked service yard
