"We love this place. Have been there 3 times with our dogs. Walking them is so easy there is a large green area just outside or a walkway around the estate, just what you need early morning and bedtime. The staff are great they are professional courteous and friendly. Emma the manageress is a joy and works really hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. The chef also needs a shout also, the meals are top class. "

"I stayed in found floor room. Looked tired and is need of decorating. Shower was adequate-plenty of hot water but not very powerful. Windows needed cleaning. Room on whole was clean although stain on duvet cover. Bed comfy. Not staff at hotel so you had to phone through to another hotel for assistance. No food available and a list of take away places for breakfast. "

"Our experience was amazing. The room was so cosy, clean and warm. A beautiful bath with gorgeous toiletries supplied. The owner and son were so friendly and helpful. They have a dry room which was great for our hiking gear. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel, b&b or guest houses. Will definitely be back again. "
