LuxeSleeps would like to introduce you this charming and adorable home called The Fox Den. It is walking distance to every hot spot St. Charles has to offer. Are you coming to town to see a concert at The Arcada? Are you a foodie? Do you want to be close to the river and enjoy a resort-like town? You've come to the right place.

The Space:
The Fox Den is a cozy interior just fully updated. The house sits up high so you can see the river from the front porch as well as all of the activity with so many restaurants and bars just steps away. There are three bedrooms, all upstairs, and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, full refrigerator and a hot plate. Please note, there isn't a stove or oven but you won't want those with the multitude of restaurants all around you! You'll have a family room with a large couch and TV, the kitchenette/eating area and the bedrooms upstairs to enjoy. There is one room in the house that stays closed as it's used as an office for the owners when there aren't guests scheduled.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the front door and back door via Smart locks. There is one room in the house that is used as an office for the owners when no guests are scheduled.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quiet residential one with wooded streets and a nice buzz of activity just across the street where the plethora of restaurants and bars are, as well as The Arcada Theatre, just steps away.

Getting Around:
You'll have free parking in the driveway that can accommodate up to two cars.
