Stayed two nights. A Fiday and a Saturday, had to have two separate bookings Expedia's system. Saturday was for my sons birthday pool party. On Friday night the hotel reeked of weed. And the hotel staff didn't seem to care. My only issue with that was other parents dropping off kids. Friday night I was informed pool and hot tub heater not working and was informed it would be up and running by Saturday. Now come Saturday and guests arrive for the pool party, only to discover someone had defecated in the pool. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

They closed the pool right when we checked in, out of the staffs control, but it was a big bummer because we had swapped hotels to have a functioning pool to relax in after a long day of travel. Trash was left in our room from previous guests, and period blood was in the wall next to the toilet upon check in. Not impressed. The front desk staff was very nice and apologetic. Front commons area clean and spacious. Just a very disappointing experience after spending over $200 to stay in a dirty room with no amenities to enjoy.

Get there and there is a drunk guy drinking in lobby. Hot tub out of order, pool was dirty and staff at counter have no personality.

The hotel is reasonably priced and clean. Bedroom was clean but tub was discolored. Very limited breakfast and eggs were still cold when brought out and no sausage 2 hours before end of breakfast hour.

We liked the room that we stayed in (double queen bed suite). We noticed that the pool and spa had a lot of build up around the top edge and people were writing word and names in the scum build up. We didn't care for the over night and morning front desk staff. They were not as welcoming and friendly as I would have hoped for. Overall the stay was not bad for the price of the room we selected.

Price higher than expedia said. Room had hairs in bathroom. No elevator to 2nd floor. When you want clean towels you need to bring your dirty ones down to front desk to exchange them. If you want clean sheets assume same procedure. Breakfast is mediocre. Wrote Wyndham for refund never received a reply. Go elsewhere.

Hotels.com system flaws
When we got there, the Hotel.com credit card was being declined by the hotel’s system. The desk attendant Kiya, was very kind and understanding. I had to call hotels.com for support which was a NIGHTMARE. Kiya, was also on the phone with support. The same person kept having to click back on and forth between us with NO RESOLUTION. I ended up having to book the room directly at the hotel, because hotels.com was COMPLETELY UNABLE to fix the situation. We were in town for a wedding and it took over 30 minutes to get this resolved. The person on the phone kept talking to me as though, my card was declining when it was computer/company error. Just a headache and a half.
