"We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay near the downtown or ferry/seaplane port. Natalie was very welcome and accommodating. The rooms were clean, roomy with AC and a small kitchenette. It also included a light continental breakfast. Thank you for being such gracious hosts. "

"The hotel was pretty decent. Staff are really nice and respectful. Service to get a room ready was really slow but the room was nice. On the last day there though we did see a roach. "

"We enjoyed our stay here so very much. The unit was very basic but well equipped with everything you might need. Location was close approximation to beaches and restaurants. Joanna was very helpful with our needs. We will absolutely be using this unit again for future visits."

"The property was spacious and perfect for our stay. Wish the beach was cleaned as nice as the neighboring property instead of raked piles of debris throughout. This is not the responsibility of the listing owner, but sending as feedback to building management."

"Great property with enough room for the entire family. We never felt crowded. The beach was about 30 ft out our back door. Perfect. There were a few stairs up then back down to get into the property ( I had my elderly dad with me., other than that it was perfect. The property had everything we needed ie. Linen, dishes, washer dryer ect."

"Property had been updated & had all the amenities necessary except laundry facilities but are in the process of complete installation of same. Host was easy to conact & handled any problems that we had. Walkable to Christiansted boardwalk."
