"We were attending a show and this hotel was within walking distance. The hotel was grand and comfortable. It was clear to us that the fabric of the building is tiring and lacks some facilities. The staff were all excellent - friendly, polite, hospitable, warm, helpful. The bar was excellent; we didn’t have dinner. Breakfast was ok (plates were cold). In short - lived it - but perhaps needs some major investment "

"Good property, spacious room and comfortable beds. We were in a King Suite which was comfortable but oddly laid out. Main light controls were in 402 but we were told 401 and our key only works for that door, so we had to stumble through to find them. Room overly hot. Keys stopped working when we came in at 130am, had to call night manager twice to get in our room. Breakfast - basic fare, bacon and pancakes were overcooked and hard. Worth the room rate but improvements could be made."
