The hotel is nice and clean. We were less impressed by the concierge who kept talking on the phone for good ten minutes as we stood with our bags and waited to be checked in. No acknowledgement by a “one minute” or even a nod. Checking in process took less than three minutes, no apology for making us wait or a welcome. Please provide additional training to your staff

The room was never vacuumed or swept looks like. Some chips, sticky spill and garbage were on the floor and table when we got in the room. They came cleaned the room twice but never wiped or vacuumed. They just changed bath towels and take trash out that’s all.
