Spacious Condo in Las Palmas Resort

Comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 6 with 1 king traditional mattress, 1 queen traditional mattress, and 1 couch pull-out bed in living room. The king bed is in the master bedroom, the queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom. Ground level. 1400 sq. feet. Garden view.

Includes access to 4 hot tubs total heated year round and 5 pools total, one indoor pool heated year round, diving pool, lap pool, kids' pool, waterfall pool, and pool with large shallow lounge/play area. Access to two exercise rooms, outdoor basketball and pickleball and playgrounds.
Two different pool areas are very close to the unit (with a pool and hot tub in each), and the "HUB" - with one very large pool area - is a couple-minute walk away from the condo with water slide pool, splash area, clubhouse with gym, diving pool, indoor pool, lap pool and 2 hot tubs. Access for 8 people at a time to the HUB is included.
*The amenities (pools, etc.) are all open. The two pool areas nearest to the condo are open until 10:00 pm. The HUB is open Sun 9-6, Mon-Thurs from 9 to 9, and Fri-Sat from 9 to 10.

This spacious condo was located close to the highway which you travel for all the nearby sites. It's great for Zion, but this trip we drove to Kolob Canyon and Cedar Breaks National Monument, both great for day trips. We were close enough to drive to Kolob Canyon to enjoy the sunset views as well. The condo had everything you need for preparing a meal. The beds were comfortable the it was very quiet. There is plenty of seating in the living room and dining room as well. We loved Mad Pita Express for a quick and healthy meal. Albertson's is not far from the condo, so overall it is a convenient and comfortable base for your Utah adventures!

WE loved this property, especially the location! I was a bit let down when both TVs in both bedrooms did not work the entire 4 days we were there, as well as The Cleaning Service entering the property while we were there. Im a single mom of 2 young children, so I wish there was a dead bolt to keep it more safe, made me feel weird that someone could and did just walk in while we were there. I dont think that is ok at all, but other than those two things, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would stay there again as long as the TVs actually worked and maybe a dead bolt to keep others out.

Property was clean! Great location! Listed as sleeps 10 people. 2 queen beds, pull out couch bed. For 10 people to sleep there one on couch next to pull out and 3 people on air mattresses. One mattress didn’t have the built in pump, and the other went completely flat. So you may need to bring your own just in case. Luckily we had one. Key fob to pool didn’t work and remote in the bedroom didn’t work- could be user error. Overall good time, would stay there again!

We loved the cleanliness and quietness of the apartment. Out the back door was a kids play structure and smaller pool. We spent the most time at the larger clubhouse pools that had other activities too. Great option for families up to 6-8 people.

Walking in, I was blown away at the space. It was a really nice condo. My wife and I commented that it was a shame we only were staying one night there. Plenty of sleeping area for my wife and me, my brother, and my three nephews (who used blowup beds or a pullout couch). The only disappointing aspect was that the gym wasn’t open. According to the info sheet, it should have been open by the time I tried to use it, but it wasn’t. Other than that, it was great.

Graduation Vacation
The condo was very spacious and we had plenty of room. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We did end up cooking while there and would like to recommend a pizza pan and larger (mid size skillet), but this was not a game changer for us we were able to use foil and cook separately with the small skillet. Great location for families with children with plenty of pool access and things to do on the compound. I was surprised by the size of the resort, but had no trouble finding our rental following the instructions. The gym area did not open until 9 while we were there, so we did not have much of an opportunity to use as we were out early to our destinations. We had a nice stay and there is plenty to do at the resort or in town.
