Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile I-3 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George State Park, and the Lighthouse Museum. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach.
The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill, and is close to the community pool that also can be seen from the wraparound deck. The main level features the open living/dining/kitchen area, a half bath, and a private balcony. There are views galore, accentuated by one wall of mirrored glass. It's as if the Gulf is another room in the house! Relax on the comfy sofas, one of which opens into a queen sleeper, while watching the surf. Fix up a pitcher of margaritas in the well-equipped kitchen, or cook up that catch of the day. Serve it up at the two bar stools at the counter that divides the kitchen and living area or on the round glass table that seats four or more. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
