If fishing is your pastime, Mirabella is the perfect home for you! A complete fish-cleaning sink and table along with a park style grill are provided for your enjoyment.
Covered parking for 4 cars protects your car from the sun, and is a lifesaver during a refreshing island rain. An outdoor shower with hot/cold water is convenient for rinsing off after a day in the sun or simply taking a shower to enjoy the fresh air.

If you bring your dog, there is a pet fee of $75. Max of 2 dogs at no more than 70-80 pounds. We ask that they'd be well behaved & trained, current on flea/tick meds, non-scratchers on doors/windows/furniture, to keep them off the furniture & beds, and that you'd pick up after them in the yard, beach, and island. Due to the fact that your pet is not familiar with his/her surroundings at the house, please bring a kennel in case you plan to leave him/her alone. There is a leash law in the county along with requiring owners pick up after their dogs.
Maximum occupancy allowed is 8 people, which includes infants.
*We cater to family groups and cannot accept reservations for vacationing students or house parties. We do not rent to students or to groups under 25, even if one or more parents or legally responsible adults accompany them..
In the event you need to cancel, we provide a full refund 60 days or more prior to arrival. There is no refund within 60 days. Purchasing Trip Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended because you never know what unexpected life event could occur.
