"A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. "

"Overall holiday was great. Location of apartment was ideal for us not to close to the noise of the town yet not too far either as it was about a 10 min walk with a 4 year old down the steps. The apartment itself is very nice, 2 parking spaces allocated to the rear, can be quite tight but is manageable ( i have a ford ranger pickup ) inside the apartment is very nice also very spacious, kitchen has washing machine,tumble dryer, disheasher and all other essential appliances.The bedrooms all single beds are very comfy the double bed the in laws found slightly uncomfortably.Overall impression of property it was very nice snd would recommend and would stay again."

"Stunning property with brilliant facilities which very comfortably accommodated our family of 9 of various ages. The check in and check out process was very simple. Any questions we had were answered quickly through the app. Carbis bay is beautiful. We all enjoyed the hot tub and amazing scenery with much time in the evenings spent around the large table playing games. Overall a fabulous place to stay, which I’ve already recommended to friends and family. "

"Amazing hotel clean, fresh, rooms are lovely, nice size and complementary tea and coffee and mini fridge stocked, Jan the owner was lovely very welcoming, car parking is limited on site but that didn’t bother us we parked in a side street near the hotel, lovely location, shop few steps away, Carbis bay hotel and beach literally 5/10 minutes walk but mind the hill on the way back up, you can drive down but parking can be expensive for the day and limited spaces. Definitely return."
