Located in exclusive Point Rendezvous, Arco Iris boast panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea that will take your breath away. Your mornings will never be the same once you experience the Sunrise over stunning Fish Bay.

This striking Villa offers a chance to “get away from it all” but is just ten minutes from the amazing dinning, shopping and activities of Cruz Bay and only fourteen minutes from the Northshore Beaches.

Arco Iris features three equal-size king bedrooms with air conditioning. Each room has en-suite bathrooms, individual balconies/patio and fabulous views of Fish Bay. You will also enjoy the private indoor/outdoor showers that allow you to gaze into the Caribbean.

The fully air conditioned large open-concept great room and kitchen takes entertaining to a new level. Four sets of sliding glass doors frame the room allowing you to admire the view from anywhere in the room. A wide covered balcony wraps the great room creating true indoor/outdoor living spaces. You will look forward to sharing meals on the balcony while soaking in the ambiance.

A 10 x 20 saltwater chlorinated swimming pool featuring a 6-foot-long swim up seating bench is the centerpiece of the tiled outdoor-patio. This spacious area is furnished with chaise loungers, a comfortable conversation seating set and an outdoor Ping Pong Table for your entertainment.

You'll find an assortment landscaping including many palms growing on this remarkable property.

For your convenience, a large closet contains beach chairs, coolers, a beach umbrella and an assortment of masks and snorkels.

Easy access driveway with turnaround and ample parking spaces awaits your arrival.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Arcos Iris Stay
We had a great time. Perfect location on the island. You can pretty much get anywhere you need to within ~20 minutes and only 10 minutes away from the primary area down in Cruz bay.

We enjoyed the house and porch and view so much that we didnt even go anywhere but the grocery store to get food for dinner for several days. It is a super nice area of the island and co Venice to Star market, Cruz bay, restaurants and the beautiful beaches (if you feel like leaving the house).

Great views great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Arco Iris. The views are beautiful and pool and the villa are very private. It’s a quick 10 minute drive into town just be careful on the hilly roads especially driving on the opposite side then in the US. The indoor/outdoor style shower in the master is the most spectacular view! We went to different beaches every morning but often enjoyed getting takeout for dinner and eating on the outdoor porches and also sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Sunsets every morning were picture perfect.

Great house, will be back
Spent 8 days at Arco Iris with our two young 20s kids. We all loved the house. The layout was great with the bedrooms all like separate hotel rooms. Amazing views, loved sitting on the deck and watching turtles in the bay and iguanas by the pool. The outdoor showers were a big plus. House was well stocked with everything we needed for beach days, cooking and we also used the board games a few nights. Location was also good, close enough to Cruz bay but quiet. We loved St John and would definitely stay at Arco Iris again!

Fantastic home
Arco Iris is a beautiful million dollar+ home overlooking fish bay. The only downside, the main area of the house did not have any air conditioning...so we all sweated pretty good while we cooked dinner and our guests didn’t want to hang out for very long because of the heat. The rooms were nice and cool. The pool is refreshing and the view is spectacular. Definitely would stay again.

Loving Arco Iris
We have been vacationing here for over 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed. This is a great property. The location gives access to wonderful breezes and an idyllic view of the Caribbean. It is also away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz bay but not too far away. The house is as good or better than advertised. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a “taste and replace”bar area with jiggers, wine stoppers and a martini shaker. The outside is well furnished on both levels. We are planning on returning here next year. The rental company was great. They have been available for questions and even had some complimentary goodies in the fridge when we arrived. Can’t wait to get back here.

still loving Arco Iris
I just reviewed this property because I had two separate but contiguous reservations. However, I will add a few things I left out. The living area is well furnished and is one of the few houses I've rented that has air conditioning though with the great breezes you will rarely need it. Most houses just have AC in the BRs. Many houses in St. John have treacherous driveways that are hard to get in and out of but this house has one of the easiest. All three BRs are isolated enough for privacy and overall the house can be as private as you like. It is so nice, we almost never wanted to leave and explore the island,

Comfortable Villa and Great Location
We spent a week at this villa and found it to be very comfortable and clean. The location was great only a few miles from Cruz Bay yet tucked away in a great spot. The pool felt great in the afternoons. We were visited by an Iguana and many hummingbirds. The fruit trees were not producing at the time but the landscaping was beautiful. It was so nice sitting on the top balcony having coffee and watching the sunrise in the morning. We found Klein Bay nearby which was a rocky beach yet excellent snorkeling. Only one drawback was no trade winds for a couple of days and the main living area got very warm. We retreated to the air conditioned bedrooms early those nights. There was another drawback....not enough vacation time in this wonderful villa! Loved our time in St John and want to return soon.

Beautiful views!
House is beautiful, well-stocked and has great spaces for 3 couple to spread out. We had an issue with one shower, which was resolved super quickly by the property manager, Eric. FYI, all bedrooms open externally and aren’t connected to the main living room/kitchen. Not a big deal, but I just didn’t feel like that was clear from the listing and was surprised upon arriving. Takes a little extra work to lock up when coming and going. But I think this is common on the island. Some construction going on nearby during the day which was fairly noisy, so if you’re planning on relaxing/ napping during the day, be aware. But that should be temporary. Thanks for a great trip!

Fabulous family vacation
Arco Iris is every bit as beautiful in person as it is in the photos in the listing. Our family of 6 stayed here from July 9 to July 17 and we absolutely hated to leave. Every morning started with tons of sunshine while enjoying and enjoying a cup of coffee and the views of fish bay. We were also able to see Sea Turtles in fish bay from the deck is the afternoon many times! The property is stocked with everything we needed while enjoying the island including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment and anything else we could possibly have wanted. Communication with the property manager was great regarding check in and check out including leading us to the villa upon our arrival. Jennie was a wonderful host assisting us with numerous recommendations as well as guiding us through the USVI COVID portal process. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more from Jennie, Arco Iris or St. John. I would return to Arco Iris tomorrow for sure!!

Exceeded expectations
This was not our first visit to St. John but it was our first stay. We had previously taken day trips from St Thomas. We have stayed in many VRBO properties in different places and we have never really had a bad experience. Our expectations are realistic- cleanliness, everything working and a place that lives up to the photos with friendly responsive management if something isn’t working. This property exceeded my expectations. It was actually more beautiful than pictured with breathtaking views, everything we needed and more during our stay. We so appreciated having beach towels, beach chairs and even a tent when we went out each day. Returning to this serene oasis each day was wonderful. There is AC in all the rooms and works very well. The grounds were full of beautiful plants, flowers and trees. The gorgeous views were present no matter where we were, inside or out. JP gave us a lot of great information about places to visit and things to do, most of which we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arco Iris! If we are lucky enough to return to St. John, we would definitely stay at Arco Iris again.

A beautiful gem overlooking Fish Bay
We had a very nice stay at Arco Iris. There were 4 of us. The place is well kept and the accommodations were very comfortable There were plenty of towels for bathing and swimming and the sheets were cozy. The kitchen was stocked nicely with everything you need to cook, bake or grill. There were lots of beach chairs, coolers, rafts/floats and fans (if you’re like me and need one for white noise). It’s about 10 minutes outside of town so you will need a car or Jeep. We tried to get a taxi to pick us up one day to take us into town while the other couple was out with the Jeep but no one would come so prepare for that! The pool is not heated but it isn’t freezing so it actually felt good! Always fun to play a game of ping pong while you’re hanging by the pool. It was a very pretty view from all of the decks. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Since there is no airport in St John, you will have to fly in to St Thomas and take the ferry over. Be careful of the car ferry people. They talked us into a two way ticket. A woman warned us that you have to take the same ferry back but of course the day we left that ferry wasn’t running so we had to buy another ticket. We would highly recommend Arco Iris😍

Beautiful relaxing stay
Such a wonderful experience all the way around. From the property manager guiding us there after showing us a market to pick up a few things and helping us with information about the island to waking up to a beautiful view of the waves crashing in the distance! Kitchen has everything you could need and outdoor closet had all the beach necessities! One of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed! 100/10!!!

We arrived and were told someone before us left a door open and there were some mosquitoes and we were give a bag of supplies (electric fly swaggers, other items. We killed mosquitoes for 7 days straight- they never stopped- there was obviously an infestation. Power outages (not owner fault) on and off for 4 days knocked out well pump and we had to call each time to have primed. While out we had no toilets.

Fantastic St John Retreat!

Perfect honeymoon spot
Everything about this house was awesome. Huge kitchen with essentials included, three master suites, pool, multiple decks, beautiful views, outdoor shower, and all the beach gear we needed. Fantastic AC as well. Great communication from JP and he met us at our jeep rental place to escort us to the house and show us around. He even quickly came to our rescue when I accidentally locked the keys in the bedroom. Super private while only 10 mins from Cruz Bay. Absolutely incredible and plan to return to this house with friends of ours!
