Escape to Mandavilla, a charming villa located on a hillside overlooking picturesque Cruz Bay. Designed for the perfect indoor/outdoor living experience, our villa invites you to be captivated by the breathtaking views. Immerse yourself in the island's charm as you enjoy the refreshing breezes throughout the villa. Enjoy stunning sunrises/sunsets right from your private terrace! Mandavilla is designed to provide comfort & connect you to the natural surrounding beauty.

Generator

Our property is equipped with a generator to ensure continuous power during island outages. Minimal appliance usage is important to maintain AC and hot water functions.

Mandavilla is a two bedroom villa featuring king sized beds in each room and private ensuite bathrooms. There is a fully stocked kitchen or if you would rather cook while enjoying the view, there is a brand new Weber grill on the terrace for your use. The terrace boasts a table for all of your meals, sun loungers and multiple seating areas to enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening all with that amazing view!

Mandavilla is located on the upper level of the house, with it's own private entry. There are two villas total. Should you need more space for your entire group consider renting Mandavilla Rose (the lower villa) with space for 6 additional guests.

You have full access to the pool, but please note that this is the only shared space on the property.

Conveniently located on a private road, Mandavilla is perched atop a hill and is a delightful 10-minute walk to town, making exploration and local experiences easily accessible. For further island exploration and to take in all of the beauty that St. John has to offer, consider renting a Jeep for your island stay. There is parking for four vehicles on property and easy street parking as well.

We offer a ferry greeter to take you to the property, should you need someone to drive you there. If you have rented a vehicle, the greeter is also available for you to follow to the villa and help you get settled. We do have someone on island who is available to assist you with any needs you may have during your stay. We also offer provisioning!

Amazing and mesmerizing
The property is beautiful. Enjoyed everything about the property it was very clean and everything you needed for cooking, going to beach and pool during our stay. The view off the balcony was breath taking.

Mandavilla is a magical spot!
We really enjoyed our stay at Mandavilla Inspired. The home is nicely appointed and the deck and view is to die for. Emily and Matthew were very accommodating and the little things such as picking up provisions were very helpful . We enjoyed our evenings and mornings on the deck enjoying the views and time together. The pool is also quite large for St. John and plenty of chairs and floats for all. Location is great too, quick drive to Cruz Bay and the North Shore Beaches. They mention in the listing that it's walkable to town. This is not really accurate. My husband and I and our three boys are quite fit but did not feel safe walking the steep, narrow hill at night. Just did seem very realistic to us. Only other complaint was that the pull out was quite uncomfortable. Our third son opted to sleep on it not pulled out, which was fine for him. However, if we had 6 people that might have been a problem. An egg crate or something similar might alleviate that issue. Truly though it's a wonderful spot and we really enjoyed the home.

Nice quaint ocean front house
The view. The view. The view. We didn’t most of our time sitting outside on the patio enjoying the sound of the ocean waves. The house was nice - 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. We used the washer and dryer. Very clean. Incredibly pleasant stay.

Birthday Getaway
I planned this getaway to celebrate my Birthday with my husband, my best friend and her husband. The house was absolutely perfect for us...with a bedroom on one side and the other side and the living area in between. We spent the majority of our time, while not out sight seeing or on excursions, either in the pool or out on the lanai. And the view of Cruz Bay was just the icing on my Birthday Cake!!

Relaxing Retreat
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Mandavilla property. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The pool was so inviting and we used it every day & some evenings. They balcony was was amazing! We spent so much time and there was so much fan cooled area to enjoy. Wait, did I forget to mention the views? They were stunning. We wished we'd brought our adult son and his girlfriend and will be looking to do so when we can in the future. Thanks for the hospitality!
