Ayiti cottage is an east-facing cottage located in a quiet Fish Bay neighborhood, an easy 2.9 miles from Cruz Bay and 20 minutes away from the stunning north shore beaches. Amenities include air conditioning, well-stocked kitchenette, and wifi. The cozy interior features a king sized bed and smart TV. Cottage guests can also enjoy stargazing from the jacuzzi that is located in the garden just below. Ayiti cottage is perfect for any couple that needs a quiet and private escape to enjoy the beautiful island of St. John! We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in and around the cottage or on the grounds

Cozy Cottage
Wonderful place to stay. View from back deck was beautiful, just as advertised by Vrbo. Beach accessories were very helpful with our beach adventures. Zlada and Oleg were very friendly and helpful with answering questions about where to snorkel. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Stay
Beautiful spot and friendly and accessible hosts. Amazing views and comfy little cottage close to spectacular beaches and downtown but also away from the hustle and bustle. Our host gave us great suggestions on places to go and eat. She was great!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful View, Wonderful Hosts
This was the perfect home away from home. As a single, solo female traveler, I felt comfortable and safe. I woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning and the sounds of birds chirping. What a relaxing week on island.

Comfortable King Bed, beautiful view. Functional kitchen. Hard to find at first as GPS/Maps doesn't show it. Best car to rent is a 2 door jeep as parking at Mongoose Junction is easier with a shorter vehicle. Lot's of places to eat and snorkel. Check wardrobe for maps and brochures. .

Private getaway in a remote location
The apartment is very comfortable and quiet and the hosts are very welcoming. The view from the terrace is gorgeous ! We are comfortable driving on twisty roads with steep descends and four wheelers drive is needed. Overall lovely !

Beautiful, quiet centrally located apartment overlooking Fish Bay. Zlota was a great host with excellent advice for sightseeing. We spent most of PO ur time away from busy Cruz Bay. sRecommend Coral Bay area, hike to the petroglyphs, painkillers at Coco Jim's.

Beautiful balcony views!
The cozy little cottage was nestled in the trees overlooking Fish Bay. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels that we used daily for our trips to the beaches. The owner greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. Everything was perfect for our stay in St. John!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is clean and well appointed. The views are stunning and the neighborhood is quiet. Excellent location central to all beaches and just a quick trip into Cruz Bay. Zlata and Oleg are super responsive and helpful! We hope to return soon!

Best view
We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Very secluded. Not hard to get to. Great view of the Caribbean and Fish Bay. Oleg and Zlata were wonderful hosts. Everything was as it should be very quiet. St. John’s is a beautiful island and we were able to visit many beaches from this location. We would recommend this place to others and will stay again.

Peacful Oasis
Beautiful stay, beautiful landscape. 10 mins from Cruz Bay, 10 mins from the Windmill Bar. Perfect for the two of us, had everything we needed. The porch view was just wonderful. One recommend, the hot tub water smelled a bit stale, may have needed some chemicals and it took hours to heat up (which they told us about) so we only used once. Great communication with owners. Enjoyed the little bird that came to visit every morning on the porch and the iguana that climbed up the tree. Shower was lovely, bed was comfy... you need a jeep here. Thankful and well rested.

We had the best stay at Ayiti cottage. Zlata and Oleg were super nice and private and great hosts. They told us places to go for food, restaurants and beaches. The cottage was just what we wanted. Perfect size, very clean and a great balcony overlooking Fish Bay. You will have an amazing stay at Ayiti cottage! Book it now!

Spectacular view
The cottage is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is about 10-12min drive into Cruise Bay, and the nearest grocery store is about 7 min. We ate breakfast everyday on the porch with the view of the ocean.

Quiet and peaceful with an amazing view
We loved our anniversary getaway here, and hope to return soon. Oleg and Zlata are great hosts and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The cottage opens to a large deck with an amazing view of the bay, and is in a wonderfully peaceful location hidden away in beautiful landscaping and flowers. The pictures do not do it justice.
