"I decided to visit Dorneypark for their Halloween Haunt, but I was at least a five-hour drive away from home, so I got a hotel room that was only 30 miles away. I had a full day at the park without needing to drive all those miles."

"Place is clean and gas a pool. Free breakfast isn't wonderful just passable. Most staff is friendly except front desk in late afternoon. Not rude just not friendly like the others. It's pricey so you get what you pay for. In this area it's either $160 a night for a clean place with some amenities or $80 a night for a dump. I've stayed at places for less money (Double Tree)that had a bar and restaurant. "

"This property was absolutley amazing and beautiful. The horses were great neighbors and very sweet. The cabin was so comfy and cozy. We kept a fire in the wood stove which made it even more cozy. We got married on oct 16th 2024 and this slice of paridase had us so relaxed. We saw the supermoon hunters moon, some shooting stars, sunrise, and sun and moon in the sky at the same time. "Good stay. The refrigerator was broken with an open door and towel laying in front. The wedding and Hotels advertised breakfast included but there was none. The front desk did not tell us that we needed a form to park in the near by lot and that the police are issuing $35 tickets without one. Fortunately we did not receive a ticket. I’m the morning we found that a notice was posted next to check in on the wall. Comfortable room."

"This is such a gem. It is centrally located making it easy to wander all over Pottsville. The apartment itself is steeped in history and has a very chill vibe. Exposed brick, high ceilings, and modern conveniences. We loved it. But if you cannot handle stairs, this is not the place for you. Appears to be a converted carriage house and it is a hike to get up to the first floor. We will be back."

"It's not a bed and breakfast home. It's an old building under repairs. The mattress was confortable. The room is really small. The bathroom is too small. Also, I found hairs on the ground and on the shower. The door for entering in the room is not tight to the frame. You see in the hallway and light is on. I won't return."

"The house itself was nice, everything worked well, and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. Only thing was, we were unable to lock any of the windows. Advertised pool available but it had no pool pump and was a nice shade of Alge green. Also advertised as having a trampoline, but it had a rip in it looking unsafe to use. If you are going to continue to advertise these things, please make sure they are safe for use!"
