the property looks nice, but the staff is not well managed. I paid EXTRA for Diamond club but did not get such a better service from the house keeper, the butler....etc.... I am sure you can find a better resort on the island for the same price And on top of that the food is just mediocre AT BEST

The resort was severely understaffed. It takes almost 2 hours to get your dinner. The housekeeping always forgot hand towels or other stuff Tge food quality was below average Tge resort is very nice with great beaches

I read all the reviews about all the Antiguan properties before booking. I am happy this was the choice! The good: Location, food, drinks, party atmosphere, helpful front desk, perfect mid-size resort. The bad-ish: Slow service at bars and cafes, pool condition, really that’s it. Honestly, we just adapted, were kind with the staff, went in knowing we were on island time. Most staff were exceptional. Overall I would stay again! Don’t be afraid of the negative reviews.

I would say know what you want--This place is PERFECTION for people who love music and like to party. If you are looking for a place of quiet solitude to sit on the beach and listen to the ocean--this isn't it. The staff are phenomenal!! Everyone was kind and courteous and they all wanted to provide a great vacation getaway!
