"This Hyatt House is a great place to stay. The front desk and breakfast staffs are friendly and welcoming. The fitness center is top notch. The only imperfections are the soft mattress, which I prefer to be firm, and the uncovered parking. Overall it is a great value."

"The hotel could use some freshening up and some general maintenance. Wall paper in bathroom coming off the walls. Weak water pressure in shower but water was hot. Nice place with perfect location the Lansing Center
"Overall place was very clean and kept up. We only had one issue with the bed on the first floor as it deflated in the middle of the night. Otherwise we loved the location. It had snowed and was fairly cold so we didn’t get to use the outside. Would stay here again."
