Stunning hardwood flooring throughout the property unifies the whole space. Open plan kitchen, living, dining room brings everyone together in one place so you can make the most of your time with family and friends.
A modern bespoke fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook or perhaps you would rather visit one of the many restaurants that are within walking. Relax and unwind on our comfortable sofas and enjoy a glass of wine or watch your favourite shows on the flat screen TV.
After busy day out and about in St Leonards, we are sure you will get a great night’s sleep in our cosy beds and wake up feeling refreshed after using our modern, contemporary bathrooms. All linens and towels are supplied for your convenience.
Also, if you have a big group, we have other apartments in the same building, ideal for larger groups, families, or events, so you can all be together.
We hope that our guests love the place as much as we do!

Guests will receive all access codes and instructions 48 hours before there arrival.

All of our properties are self check in, however we will send all guests our contact details should they need us during their stay.

St Leonards on Sea has fast become known for its arty vibe and is a great destination for people looking for weekend by the seaside. With many local galleries, boutique shops and an array of cafes and restaurants there is plenty to do right on your doorstep.

Located just a 10 min walk from warrior square train station right in the heart of St Leonards.

There is no parking directly at the property but there is free on street parking in neighbouring streets just a couple of minutes walk away.

Clean, spacious with great location.

The apartment was well situated close to lots of cafes, art galleries, supermarkets and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk down to the beach and magnificent Goat Ledge cafe. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean but felt homely at the same time. I was really impressed with the property manager after I accidentally snapped the key off in the lock to the apartment at 8pm. They answered the phone and had someone round to fix it and give me a new key within 20 minutes of me calling. I’d recommend this apartment to any families or group of friends who want to be right in the centre of it all in St Leonard’s

The flat is in fairly good condition overall. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen and bathrooms are in good working order. However, there is noticeable wear and tear throughout, including scuff marks on most walls and stains on the couch and carpets. With a bit of TLC from the management company, I have no doubt it could look as good as new.That said, I don't think the images included in the listing fully reflect the flat's actual location or views. In reality, the area isn't the nicest—there was a lot of garbage and litter around, and it felt quite unsafe at night. The location might be suitable for a hen or stag do, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.I've uploaded additional photos (taken from within the flat) to give future visitors a clearer sense of what to expect.

Modern apartment in up and coming St Leonards

Clean, well equipped modern apartment in St Leonard’s. Very close to shops. Some excellent pubs and and restaurants in the area also.
