The art inside was beautiful. The jacuzzi and pool was relaxing. The staff was very friendly. Didn't like: Phone in the room didn't work. No ice on floor 3. We had to request ice each time we needed it. $45 for parking each night

The pool is a lap pool and ice cold. There are no real amenities for the price. The check in staff member was rude. You have to pay a ton of money to park, which should be free considering the price of the rooms. It was $21 to park for 18 hours. Not worth it at all.

It’s a unique hotel with lots of cool colors and artsy stuff. I love that they have a coffee shop where you can get food and coffee and they also have a restaurant that’s super nice. For some reason we kept having to ask for body towels. The cleaning staff came in and even though there was four of us in the room only gave us one clean towel each day. So we had to keep calling and asking for more. There was also a weird tray of room service laying right next to our door that wasn’t ours, I didn’t even know that they had room service and I don’t know who put it there. As soon as we walked in the room, there was trash on the floor, so I assumed that the floor hadn’t been swept let alone mopped. The armoire in the room was also covered in dust, and it was pretty gross. Safe in the room was locked and we had to wait quite a while for somebody to come up and unlock it for us. They did not have us in their system when I went to check in. If I had not had my confirmation from Expedia, I don’t think they would’ve let us stay there. Not sure if that’s a hotel issue or an Expedia issue.

I really like the atmosphere and ambiance, the room was really nice and the view of downtown was very pretty too especially at night, the bathroom and bedroom was amazing and very quiet.

Excellent room, gym, pool, bar and restaurant. Museum was wonderful. Property is beautiful but in a transitional neighborhood. Staff not responsive to extra requests. Parking is way too expensive.
