My wife and I have stayed at multiple VRBO sites from Las Vegas to Orlando. And unfortunately this is our first unsatisfactory review. When we arrived it was a little bit of a treasure hunt for the apt key but no big deal it was found as described. Pros: Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Very nice kitchen, well provisioned. Management was incredibly fast to respond to our wi fi problems considering the time of our inquiry. Con’s: When we arrived the apt. Was very warm and humid, the main HVAC was running full time but was not blowing cool air. You heat pump needs attention. There are two small AC units in the bedroom windows but did little to cool the living space. So sweaty and uncomfortable. We couldn’t find but a couple of towels until we checked the washer and dryer and discovered unfinished laundry sheets and towels. Note the right bi-fold door to laundry is broken. The living couch is totally broke down except for the right chase lounge side was ok. The ad tells of a semi private patio with bbq. Well that was a big let down , it’s not assessable from the apt at all you have to go through a back exit door that locks behind you. Extremely dirty and the bbq is rusted literally falling apart and unusable. This part shouldn’t even be in the description. I don’t doubt that with some upgrades this could be an outstanding place to stay. But for what we paid we don’t feel we got our money’s worth.

This property is in a great location. It is an apartment in a large old building with some cool features. However, it was not cleaned from the previous occupants. The owner said she thought we were coming in the next day. It was a late arrival, so it couldnt be cleaned that night. The next day she set up cleaning but it took 3 tries to get it done, and thanks to the kindness of the cleaning lady, it got done that night, but not until midnight. So no beds to use friday night, and none until after midnight saturday. And then, there were roaches. It"s an old building, and apartments, so i can see why, but the owner knew (she said she had an exterminator coming) but didnt have any traps or anything set out to help with that problem. It really wasnt a good stay. It was eclipse weekend though, and there werent any hotels available that were affordable. I asked for 1 night refund, but never got a reply. So great location, cute place, we tried to be flexible, but it wasnt a good experience. Disappointed.

Poorly supplied: no Wi-Fi, no response from owner about promised Wi-Fi, water pressure issues in kitchen, no hand soap, 3 coffee filters for a six day stay, inadequate TP for length of stay, broken AC in LR noisy as hell, leaked water and didn’t work. Spacious, comfy beds, nicely furnished, quiet space/area, Laundry great, good kitchen, tired couch. Great neighborhood! Student housing.

Great Host
The property was well appointed, with washer and dryer and lots and lots of space. More than expected. Does need a coffee maker. Getting key is a little weird so get clear instructions ahead of time. Neighborhood amazing for walks. Folks in the building were very friendly. Host was always helpful and responsive for any issues.

Great location!
Very nice apartment well suited for four adults. Perfect location for exploring St Louis, very convenient to necessities and to local sites. Bathrooms and kitchen were updated and well-appointed. Balcony outside apartment felt private! First floor location was very convenient and easily accessible in a large but quiet building. Neighborhoods were safe and beautiful for walking. Communication with manager was excellent, and expectations/instructions were clear and posted. Would recommend to friends

Great location. Quiet area.
We came to St Louis to see some Cardinals ballgames. This location is within 15 minutes of downtown. Nice area and quiet. Apartment was nicely appointed and owner very easy to reach. The AC was struggling and owner was having some window units to help with that. We arrived after a month long stay and lots of cleaning had to be done. We could tell the cleaner was rushed but overall acceptable. Can’t beat the location as it is centralized to everything. Owner was very nice and accommodating to our needs.
