We tried to get an early check in and staff was quite rude about it. We just needed 30 minutes early and they refused to accommodate after making me call back 3 times to ask. The room was very not clean with hair everywhere. Will not stay here again.

Quiet area. Stores not far away. Room was nice but kind of dirty. Found a dog bone under our bed. Toilet had hair on the seat and the bottom of the toilet near the floor was dirty. Overall just didn’t seem like the room is cleaned thoroughly after guests.

This property was undergoing construction and we were woken up each morning by 8am. The water was off for Friday afternoon for 5 hours. All of this would have been nice to know before booking.

Hotel is being renovated, so stairs were very dirty, but the remodeled sections were excellent and clean. Room was great.

Pool area was disgusting (bathroom had obviously not been cleaned in a very long time, hot tub was empty, metal parts like the handicap chair were rusted), lobby furniture was falling apart and had tattered fabric, entire floor where our room was was being renovated and construction materials were everywhere.

Our room was very dirty. We found hair in our bathroom that was not ours (orange hair, none of us have). There was popcorn kernals on our floor and the bed was off of the bedframe. The pool had white and black floaties in the water and the metal around the pool was completely rusted. When walking into the pool area we were swarmed by small flies which were also all over the towels.

Terrible experience at this hotel. We were given a room on a floor with active construction. We had to wiggle past a table saw and other equipment. The dust and noise was overwhelming. Later that evening, they moved us to another room. The room was filthy including black mildew in the shower. Will never stay here again!

Overall a perfectly fine stay, but a few odd things. Nice building in seemingly the middle of nowhere, there are no buildings on either side and the grass is overgrown. When I walked in the front desk was empty with no bell to ring, but someone did appear after a few minutes and were very friendly and easy to work with. There was active construction on the floor my room was on, so it was a bit odd walking out of the elevator into an active construction area. My room was a bit oddly humid and the AC didn't seem to help. Water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, and the floor had some odd squeaks when moving around. Breakfast was quick and easy with a lot of choices!

When we got in the room, the room smelled musty and damp. The ac was very noisy and kept me up most of the night. The sheets smelled like they washed bedding with the towels from the kitchen. Everything in the pool area was dirty or broken. The biggest issue was the door at the end of the building. We parked there, since our room was on the end. It said that door was locked at times and needed a key card to get in. We opened the door no problem at 11 at night after a Cardinal game without the card. We won’t be staying there again.

When we arrived nobody was at the front desk at 12pm. Took 15 mins for someone to come. then when we finally got the room key to check in, there was already a guest in the room, that they claimed to not know. it was literally a random person who never checked in. it was a very stressful & scary experience for us. especially since we drove 13 hours to get there & I called at 9am to check if our room was ready, i was told yes… overall it was a extremely difficult experience

For the most part, it was great. However, someone was sitting in their parked outside my window (in back of building) and kept hitting lock button on car (about 20 times) around 1:30am on the first night of my stay. When I took my dog out several hours later, the smell of marijuana permeated the parking lot. The smell was apparent in that back lot quite a bit both days.

Convenient location. Clean property and room. Good breakfast options. My only issue was when I tried to change my reservation from a double bed room to a king bed room, Expedia said the property would have to approve and the property said that the request would have to go through Expedia, which I had done. No resolution until we checked in, when we did get the king bed room.
