Retro Ranch With Private Indoor Pool & Sauna <br>St Louis, MO

West county ranch home on 1.4 acres. All bedrooms are on the main level. Private indoor pool, sauna, steam shower, and bath adjoins the master bedroom suite. A private changing room, pool side dining booth, and fireplace makes this area a fun gathering place.

Walking distance to Candicci’s Italian restaurant, Target, Starbucks, and Vlasis Park. Several grocery stores and Walmart are just a five minute drive. Lots of fun floats, pool toys and pool games are available for your use.

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and 3 wood burning fireplaces. Pack and plays, high chairs and baby pool floats are available for infants, upon request. Free wifi is provided. Cable television is provided in four rooms.

The home is located in West County within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and a park with a playground, walking trails, and seasonal sprayground.

If only the pool suite is rented, access to home will not be available. Garage and one hall linen closet are not accessible. There is a carport, a parking pad, and a long driveway for off-street parking. Pool suite only is not available to rent on weekends unless scheduling permits between home rentals.

Fantastic stay!!

Ballwin pool house
This was our 3rd year at this fun retro house with pool. Tons of pool toys and the sauna was amazing! So many toys as gifts for our 6 yr old granddaughter and many toys in general for children! Looking forward to next year!

We had a great time (again!) at this amazing property. The pool is a dream—and the rest of the house laid out so well for being together but with so many options, including kids having room (& awesome toys) to play, while parents can supervise, but hang out with each other nearby. The outdoor space is relaxing and beautiful, and very private—yet the house is close to nearby stores/restaurants. We also appreciate the check-out requirements: very minimal and reasonable, which helps maintain the relaxing experience.

Absolutely wonderful, Family of 7, we were very comfortable and never board. Host went above and beyond preparing for us. They set up age appropriate games and activities or has special small gifts for each child. Very thoughtful and made the kids day. Definitely will book again.

Wonderful family location
This was the perfect place to stay for our family! The host found out the ages our kids beforehand and had all the toys and treats set up for our arrival. The attention to detail was so thoughtful and really made the kids feel special. The indoor pool was great and when our original plans changed, it was a wonderful to have this option. They have lots of pool toys. Again, we recommend this place to anyone but especially if you have kids!

Our party consisted of 4 families with 7 adults and 6 children ages 2-11. This property was perfect for our vacation and family. The details in toys, and furnishings was fun. The lap pool was a big hit, the sauna and steam shower were refreshing. Every area of the house was used and enjoyed completely. We are trying to make plans to come back again. (Tip: bring shorts to sit in the pool area even if winter. 🤦‍♀️) Thank you to the hostess - outstanding!

Perfect!
We have stayed in several Vrbo homes over the years. This one comes pretty darn close to perfect. Between the kitchen stocked well with any cooking tools you might need to the thoughtful toys and games made available to the kids… You will not be sorry to stay here. We spent hours in the pool. The location was the icing on the cake. Target practically next-door for any forgotten items and just about any restaurant within 5 miles.

Caters for Family Fun
From the moment you arrive you are greeted with funness. Deborah caters to the kids for sure. She asks all the genders and ages of children coming and spoils them with all kinds of toys, snacks and activities. The kids didn't know what to do first. And not to mention the pool. UNBELIEVABLE! Huge, beautiful and again lots of toys to play with. Had a memorable time being with family here. Thanks so much for everything!

Spend 3 nights at Deborah's place with our 3 adult children and their spouses and 2 small children. House was perfect. Pool was wonderful. Plenty of space. Deborah went above and beyond to put special toys out for our small grand children and they loved it so much. Pool was perfect temp and plenty of space for all of us. Lots of pool toys, plenty of games, dishes, bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location just close enough to all the important things to see and do in St. Louis. We will definitely be back

There was a water leak in the bedroom and in the basement and a bad mold smell. The owners were gracious in being welcoming and making sure the kids had a good time. We really enjoyed the pool but the smell was bad enough and allergies triggered and we had to leave a day early.
