We stayed for a week and our beds were only made once. We asked multiple times at the front desk and the room was only cleaned once. We also had to go to the front desk every day to get clean towels. We've stayed at the Hilton many times over the years and never had this issue before. I would definitely not recommend this location again.

Downtown is a beautiful place. Problem is the tents on the sidewalks houses the homeless. Not a safe place to stay. Our shower was dirty and you could hear the elevators all hours of the night.there is an extra $45.00 a night to park the car, there is nothing to do close by, the restaurants and bars close early. The staff was very nice and respectful.

Had fun playing pool Dis likes- parking, some homeless, didnt beg to much.Breakfast was free, but first come first serve. Which sucks if other kids grab a sandwich and then throw it away.
