"There was an unpleasant odor in the lobby and no air conditioning in the hallway, but the AC in my room worked well. The desk clerk was business-like--don't expect to receive a warm welcome. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the mini-fridge but the microwave didn't work. "Based on the pictures you would think this was a simple but very nice home. However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up. The deck is worn and weeds and trees are growing along side it. Inside, there were numerous things wrong, including a strong smell of cat pee that was in the hallway and got stronger in the bedroom. "The house was the perfect size for my two kids and I. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The house felt very home-y and the kids loved all the books, toys, and the rock painting. The neighborhood was quiet, and everything was just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again."

"The only problem I had was with the back stairs to the porch. The steps were broken and wobbly. I was able to navigate them but I know others would have fallen. I did contact the Hndyman but he never responded to that request. Other than that, it was exectly what I hoped for!! "

"This property was exactly as pictured and described. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-maintained, there were plenty of linens, and additional chairs in the dining room allowed all guests to comfortably sit for meals and entertainment. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates and glasses for a larger group. Overall, we had an excellent stay and highly recommend this property."
