"Just went that extra bit to make the stay really lovely. Gin and cocktails in the room was a nice touch, as was personal service from the owner. You could tell he was very proud of it. Excellent breakfast too. Just be aware, Hotels.com don’t tell you the restaurant and bar are closed Mon and Tue, and places to eat in BM are few. "Greeted and shown to our room by Kate who was very helpful and welcoming. Room facilities were very good, and as described. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice for a continental breakfast, very good coffee too. The stand out for me was the Very large white towels which were a great surprise and well received usually the ones in many previous stays in other higher rated hotels turn out to be so small, I now always take my own with me just in case but they were definitely not needed...
