AMAZING HOME SUPER CLEAN FREE PARKING FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN

Ranch style home 3 bedrooms /2 bathrooms , free parking for 2 cars and king bed in the master bedroom. Located in Shore Acres, very quiet and residential neighborhood. I am 10 minutes from lively Downtown St Petersburg's art and entertainment district. You will find the galleries, restaurants, shops and breweries, enjoy water front music festivals most weekends, the Saturday market too.
Great green space for walk, run or bikes along the shore of the Tampa Bay . If you want more that 60 days , please get approve with the owner.
THE SPACE: The master bedroom have a king bed , 65' smart Samsung TV, large walk in closet and small desk and chair. The master bathroom have dual sinks and frameless glass shower.
The other two bedrooms have a queen bed , 55' smart Samsung TV, small desk and a chair in each one bedroom.
The house is open floor plan , with brand new cook's kitchen, two refrigerators, gas cooking, dishwasher , front load washer and gas dryer. The living room have a 65' Smart Samsung TV and in front of the house is a patio with 2 chairs.

Perfect for what we needed
Quiet, nice neighborhood and well-appointed kitchen. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms nice. Some basic supplies were also provided, which was appreciated. Owner is highly responsive and easy to reach, which was very helpful. Would stay there again!

We had great time. Our host Mr.Jesus is very friendly and kind offers help any time. The house is beautiful and super clean. It has everything you need for perfect vacation. Twice As Nice
Listening to and watching ospreys nesting nearby while breakfasting on the deck became a morning ritual, as did regaling in the lush orchid and oak ambiance of the frontyard. Nestled near the elegant, gorgeous Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg made the short drive winding past the waterways to the lively bayfront or the quarter hour drive north past bayous to Weedon Island Preserve an immersion into old Florida. With plenty of space in the main room and kitchen, Christmas brunch with local cousins was a joy. This is a house we rented twice in a row because it was so pleasant and easy to be in, and from which to get anywhere.

We enjoyed spending time in this VRBO house so much that as I write this review we're staying there again as a second stay. We could have extended our vacation by staying at a place out on the beach or anywhere in this town and we chose to stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for!
This house is cute, clean & cozy! We were a family of 4 (2 teens) so 3 bedroom set up was ideal! We spent a few days here exploring Tampa & St. Petersburg before moving our son into Eckerd College. The location was great for our needs, the kitchen was well stocked, there is a large master closet, large master bath & although we didn’t use them a few beach items that would have been very useful if we needed them! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful well appointed home!
Communication with our host Jesus was easy and immediate. He is very responsive and accommodating. The house itself was immaculate and fresh with very nice furniture and beds. Linens were upscale, lots and lots of pillows! Each room has its own large smart TV which we require. Both bathrooms had plenty of counter space, which we require. The kitchen had everything one could need, including very nice extensive sets of pots and pans. nice glasses and plates. The dining area off the kitchen also had a whole set of beach equipment and accessories.. The kitchen counter space was fabulous. We never travel light and we needs lots of it! :). Check in was very easy. Jesus has very detailed and organized information which he sent by email but there is also a laminated detailed list of instructions was in each room. The A/C was strong and chill, which we require! The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. This turned out to be one of our favorite VRBOs! Our needs were met and we felt well cared for! Thank you, Jesus!

Sweet property

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable home.
I came down to visit my daughter and her family who live in St. Pete. This home was just perfect for me. Not only was it close to my daughter, but it was a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen has all new appliances, countertops and everything you need to cook with. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, each with a wide screen TV. The living-room is also very comfy with another wide screen TV. I will definitely try to stay here when I get down to see my family again. Jesus was an amazing host; readily available whenever I needed him! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was great! Tue house was just big enough for our two families and infant daughters. The kitchen was well stocked as were tue bathrooms snd bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!
