The property was called the Wayland Apartments. The people who work there were fantastic. Very kind and helpful and accommodating. My apartment was very clean. My problem was it with the Barsala management company. They were awful. They told me I would be able to enter the building using an app on my phone. The app did not work. When I contacted them via text, they said they would let management know, but that did not help me because I still did not have access to the building. They sent me a phone number to call with the name of a specific person to ask for should I have any difficulty. The phone number was incorrect and the name of the person they gave me was not even at that phone number. I absolutely loved the Wayland Apartments but would never want to deal with Barsala management again.

They are very unprofessional. They requested extra check in with ID, took money from my debit account and the room was overbooked. I need to contact them because they did not send the arrival details and only then they told me the room was no longer available. Very nasty people!
