This the best time of the year to visit Tampa Bay! This is a fully renovated one bedroom one bathroom villa designed with a subdued coastal vibe. Surprisingly spacious and stocked with all necessities. A leisurely walk on the neighboring Pinellas trail will take you to the quaint downtown of Palm Harbor and beautiful sunsets at Crystal Beach. Utilize the provided bikes to reach the downtown of Dunedin and Tarpon Springs via the Pinellas Trail as well (20-30min bike ride). We are Superhosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. Walking distance to plenty of bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Perfect Getaway
We have family that lives close by, so this was the perfect location for us to see them along with walking to different places off of the Pinellas Trail. Owners were super helpful with any questions we had!

Nice clean property, Denay easy to communicate with. Only giving 4 stars as we felt walls were a bit thin and could hear the people in the adjoing unit.

Not so beachy
Inside unit was clean and acceptable. It is one of four attached units and walls are thin, inside and out. Noise level is loud with construction across the street at night, and slamming neighbor doors. Owner was easy to contact and have a conversation with.
