Location: Our Capanna units are 6 blocks from Upham beach and close to lively entertainment spots, so you may hear some sounds from nearby venues. We think this adds to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere of the area!
Special Note: During the months of August through December, we often offer an 11 am check-out, except during holiday weeks or days, to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Each studio is private, featuring its own bathroom. The complex is gated and includes a shared courtyard and outdoor space at the center, offering a peaceful area to relax while still being part of the vibrant surroundings.

Great area
Great area and close to beach and local bars/restaurants. Place was clean and tidy when we got there. Cleaning crew did a great job by getting the place done early for us since we came in early that day!

This property is in a great location. Only a few blocks from the beach and has many restaurant/bars within walking distance. They provide beach towels and beach chairs. The renovated rooms are very nice and feel like a little studio apartment! Perfect for what I needed. The only drawback is that, since it's so close to bars, you can hear the live bands playing late.
