Enjoy leisurely walks to nearby restaurants, savoring the vibrant flavors and local atmosphere. After a day of adventure, unwind in your cozy, stylish haven.

Location: Our Capanna units are 6 blocks from Upham beach and close to lively entertainment spots, so you may hear some sounds from nearby venues. We think this adds to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere of the area!
Special Note: During the months of August through December, we often offer an 11 am check-out, except during holiday weeks or days, to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Each studio is private, featuring its own bathroom. The complex is gated and includes a shared courtyard and outdoor space at the center, offering a peaceful area to relax while still being part of the vibrant surroundings.

Overall positive
Great location to beach and restaurants. Only 2 things for future renters to know. First, the live bands from the bar across the street till 2am. We stayed in unit 4 so it was audible, but did not hinder our sleep. Lastly, I would suggest to owner to have a light shade for the frosted glass front door. Light from courtyard bothersome when sleeping.
