Alba was an extremely professional and understanding employee that deserves a raise. She made sure I was safe and taken care of and went out of her way to walk and show me everything. Hotel itself was extremely nice. Well kept, clean. Very convenient location for downtown and concerts playing. 11/10 experience, I would highly recommend!!! It's very difficult to rate this property, because it just opened back up again after hurricanes. The roof top bar was not open, the spa was not open. The staff that we came in contact with was all new and some it was their first day. I would like to go back when everything is open because we could not take advantage of all the amenities.

Only option to park is valet parking. Valet person was complaining that the garage is too small and that he has to move all the cars just to move one out so we decided to uber instead of driving our own car to avoid any trouble. After checking out and getting our car back, we found a GIANT deep scratch in the car— probably because of all the car-Tetris that the valet person was talking about. Very very disappointing that this happened. Overall the property is fine but damaging my car is a major issue and I would not recommend that anyone stays here especially if they plan to use their own car.

It was a lovely place to stay and super conveniently located. I didn’t love that the only parking option was paid valet. I also didn’t like that I was asked to put my credit card information down on a piece of paper that I had to sign saying I was going to be charged a $100 deposit, but at the same time I was told the deposit wasn’t charged anymore. Was a little bit sketchy and confusing.

Property is nice and relatively new. Great location. Only issue is parking. Online it says $10, front desk said 20, but the parking garage ultimately charges you $50 to stay overnight. Parking is only issue other than that it’s a great spot
