For the most part we enjoyed our stay. However we were given a noise complaint because of our two young children. We arrived late back to the hotel and our children fell asleep quickly. We think they only came to our room assuming it was our children but there were also other families staying here.

The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub, the toliet was broken, the bed had 2 spiders in it, the 2nd floor ice machine room was filled with bugs and inoperable/closed, only one elevator worked, the breakfast was not a buffet (basic hotel cold food and the pancake machine wasnt even working), the parking lot smelled like urine, the wifi was blocked to use video games and couldnt even use a hotspot. Defintely not worth $250 a night for the middle of Largo.

I unfortunately am displaced from Hurricane Milton but don’t have FEMA assistance yet so needed a place to stay and had to pay for my lodging . Room rates are lower than I expected . The room was immaculate, housekeeping, especially Monica, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast is varied, fresh and delicious. I am waiting for FEMA lodging assistance and will absolutely go back to the Holiday Inn Express!
