We came here once a month, but have decided not to moving forward. We started having issues more and more, each time the issues start to rack up. First we got a parking side room even though we had requested pool side. . . Then fast-forward in July, we had the pool side room, but the pillow were small and flat giving us neck strain. In our August room, the AC was not working and so we were moved late in the middle of the night. Last month, we had a room where the bed was hard like rock. We both woke up with back aches for a few days. Then this last trip in Oct, they must have purchased new pillows because we were fuller, and we were given more than 2 each, which was great, but we were brought to the same room again from August, where the AC did not work. It blew cold air because the temperature was cool at night, but the AC was not fixed. The fan ran all night drying us out So they never fixed the problem. We were just a number, so we have decided to move our monthly trip to another hotel and go from there.

This is the second hurricane in a row that I have come to this property with my two dogs to be safe. They accommodated an early check-in. They put me in a room that was close to the dog area. The staff has been lovely in the maintenance people have worked around the clock to keep the place safe and clean and dry. I hope I don't have to come here for another hurricane. But if there is another hurricane this is the place to be.

The front desk woman was extremely kind and understanding when I checked in, we are part of the people they are dealing With hurricane Helene. I even had to call her and ask her for a plasticware because our Uber eats driver and the place we ordered from didn’t give us any. Fabulous hot tub, pool and courtyard. Highly recommended.

When maintenance found out our AC was down they swapped us to another room asap. Maintenance guy was great at handling the situation and dealt with it in a very professional manner.

I found the property to be well-run. Many people were checking in at once due to people evacuating for Hurricane Helene. Check-in went very quickly because I pre-registered online. The property and room were clean. The only hiccup was the elevator was out of order initially but later in the stay was back in order.

Very Nice property. The toilet didn’t work properly, and the the water pressure for the sink was lackluster, but besides that it was a perfect stay!
