Great Weekend Celebration

Host communicated well before, during and after our trip to ensure our time here was excellent. We had a big group and they were flexible to accommodate us all. Definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a well-kept home in a great location!

Perfect Vacation Home

This property has everything you need for vacation home not too far from the beach. We traveled with a group of 20 guests ranging from infant to senior citizens and the property kept everyone well entertained and had everything that we needed for every part of our stay. The most impressive part of our stay was the property management team. They are super responsive and handled any questions within seconds. I would stay here again.

Stunning Property!

The views at this house are immaculate. Looking out onto Lake Seminole through the dining room area, multiple bedrooms, and backyard was amazing. This house was so unique and truly the perfect vacation rental to make our family’s trip special.

Amazing Amenities and Customer Service

This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Overall, We Had a Great Vacation.

We decided to book this particular house for the kids areas and the multiple bedrooms available. We were 2 families of 4 with kids under 10. There certainly were plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed however the layout was a little weird. You could definitely tell they put as many beds as possible to accommodate as many people. The game room pictured was fun to look at but most of the table games were either broken or missing pieces. The kids bunk room in the basement was definitely a hit however that particular room was so warm, we put 2 rotating fans in their and they still couldn't sleep on the top bunks due to being too warm. Also, there is a little alcove in the way back where the bunks meet and there were snacks there from the previous guests. The master bedroom was really nice, plenty of space and a nice attached bedroom. When we arrived, there were 2 wasps nests at the front door. We had to combat those to get into the space. We ended up going out to get some wasp killer and used that, which worked great. I let the owner know and they asked for pictures and said they would take care of it once we left. However, they did send someone out and he walked the rest of the perimeter, clearing out a couple more nests in the back. The neighborhood this home is in is not great. I have learned to look a little more into this when I book another home. We didn't have any problems but it wasn't a neighborhood I would want to live in or stay in again.

A Wonderful Place to reconnect

The home was perfect for our yearly friend outing. We played outdoor games, had our furry friend with us and enjoyed every second of our stay. The home was what we needed. The downstairs shower is fantay. Not ADA accessible
