This top floor, 1 bedroom condo has an updated kitchen and a unique view. It is located across from the pool on the east side of the property. Both the living room and bedroom open onto the private balcony facing west and you can see the Gulf of Mexico sparkling in the distance. Located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood, you just walk across the property to the beach. Free internet service. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more!
