The open floorplan living area delights with calming coastal charm, plush furnishings, and balcony access. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and new, quartz countertops. It has everything you need to show off your cooking skills! The adjacent dining area offers seating for six, with extra seating at the breakfast bar.

The intimate main suite boasts a king bed, work desk with a monitor, and private balcony access. The en suite main bath features dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination. Beautiful Condo
The location was great, condo was very nice and spacious. Very nice furniture, very clean. The only problem I had was finding the parking space. It was a great experience.

The only parking spot available for our unit was inaccessible, and the managements solution to this was for me to park in random private spots that were open at the time. Which ended up with multiple people knocking on my door throughout the stay to move my vehicle out of there spots. (At all hours of the night)

Great location
Condo is nicely renovated and location was ideal for our family. Quick walk to many restaurants and our nightly ice cream run. Condo reviews were spot on and the street noise is loud. But we ran a provided box fan during the night and that worked to block out the noise. If visiting in summer months, elevators and laundry facilities are HOT. It’s like doing laundry and riding in a sauna.

Check in process was kindof confusing. Property manager is not on site. So the office there was not able to help us. We were suppose to have a parking pass in the room when we got there but there was nothing. But the lady in office was nice enough to give us one. If u are looking for a place to relax at the pool this is not the place. But if u have little kids it would be ok. I actually got hit with a football sitting on the edge of pool. Wasn’t even able to go in because of all the kids. Location was great. So much to do right across street. I probably wouldn’t stay again only because of the pool situation.

Good location to Johns Pass
Right across the street from Johns Pass. This condo doesn't have a direct view of the gulf but of the inner canals and calmer waters into Johns Pass. If you are a light sleeper take some good ear plugs, you can hear the neighbors moving around, taking showers and flushing toilets. This condo is directly across from the elevator and the trash chute so you get a lot of that noise. And every morning it seems the trash truck comes between 5 -6 am and they keep their reverse beeping sound on for at least 15 minutes. Loud trucks and cars go flying up the causeway at all hours of the night and day and you hear it all. There is no washer and dryer and they want you to clean the beach towels before you leave. There is 1 washer and dryer on the first and the third floor. One wash and dry was around $5 total. As much as the room is it would be nice to be able to wash and dry on the condo. Condo Itself was nice and no sign of bugs so it does seem like they took care of that problem. I personally wouldn't stay here again because of the noise but if you can sleep through anything then I would recommend the location and condo itself.

Beach condo - great location
This is in an older building, but the unit has been renovated and everything seemed to work, but there are some mystery wall switches. We had a problem finding our parking space because it is in an odd location plus some underground repairs had been done resulting in no marking on the pavement. Because of our complaint, the property management did paint new numbers on the parking space while we were still there. The beach is fabulous and the pool is nice. Red tide was a problem while we were there, so everyone was coughing, but there were only a few dead fish on the beach. The condo overlooks the drawbridge, which means that trucks, motorcycles, etc. accelerate to get to the top, so it could be noisy. We were there only on weekdays, so I wondered if it could be noisy late at night on weekends. On the weekdays, things quieted down by about 9 pm. Kitchen supplies were scarce, e.g. no potholders and only two kitchen towels. Rules were you have to launder your beach towels and the laundry machines cost $2.50 each, but apparently the detergent comes with that. Not sure why that is not included in the cleaning fee. Nice TVs, but a lot of remote controls for each, so it can be confusing and we didn't find any instructions.

Checkin was a cluster, code for access to building wasn’t correct, the parking spot wasn’t marked. I took a 5 minute process well over 30. Very noisy with traffic, roaches in the unit, killed at least a dozen and put a trap down.

I really don't even know how to make this review and actually debated even doing it, BUT, I feel a responsibility to warn people. Let me start by saying that the rental company, Vacasa, was phenomenal! Upon arrival, the unit was immaculately clean (cleanest condo we've ever rented) and their customer service is phenomenal (we spoke with them quite a bit, unfortunately)! The condo is literally in the BEST location. John's Pass is our favorite vacation spot, so to be right on the beach AND across from the boardwalk, we were in heaven...until, we weren't. I'll just cut to the chase...the condo had a cockroach infestation. At first we thought they were just random little bugs (because they were babies), but on day two, I found an adult in the living room, then 2 in the kitchen, and then 2 in the room my kids were staying in under the cable box. The babies were under the garbage, under the toaster, and all over inside the dishwasher. We obviously called Vacasa around 8pm and asked to be relocated, which we were the next day. They also sent pest control to the condo and after his inspection he actually called me to confirm that they did have an infestation. We were moved to another Vacasa condo in Indian Rocks Beach and it was wonderful! Again, immaculately clean upon arrival and had everything we could've needed (aside from proximity to John's Pass). So all in all, I would absolutely recommend a Vacasa listing, but felt that it was important to future customers that I shared our experience with this one. Their customer service was excellent and they took care of us every step of the way! They did treat the condo for cockroaches the day that we moved out, so I'm sure it will be fine in the future as long as they stay up on it.

Great location!!
I would definitely stay here again. Very easy walk to the beach. The beds were very comfy with plenty of pillows and everyone loved the huge sectional in the living room. Can’t beat the location at John’s Pass.

Nice condo
The condo is nice. We can see a partial view of the beach and full view of the street and bridge. Just 2 minutes walk to John’s pass. The beach is full of seaweed when we were there (middle of June) so we had to go to St. Peterburg beach for swimming.
