Perfect tampa bay location, your location is close to everything- 1 mile to the beach.....walk across the street to tropical café, McDonald’s, Starbucks, TJ Maxx, leukens liquors, Burlington, Ross and many many other stores. Drive a quarter-mile down the road and you are at Seminole city mall for even more shopping and dinning . The entire condominium is yours to use. Awesome open concept design with high ceilings and crown molding in every room make this home shine! Everything is new- all beds, linens, couches, tables, chairs, dishes, furnishings. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, living room has a sofa bed with queen pull out bed. The living room features a huge 65 inch smart tv and each bedroom has its own smart tv as well. Condo is fully stocked with all furnishings, linens, towels, Starbucks and Dunkin’ coffee, shampoo, body wash, creamer, plates silverware etc. Centrally located for a day on the town with easy access to St. Pete, Indian rocks, Indian shores, Clearwater, Largo, Johns pass and Madeira beach. In the mood to stay in for the night ? Turn on the electric fireplace to display or heat mode and enjoy the beautiful glow. Home boasts a huge walk in shower and large 10 foot kitchen peninsula with bar top perfect for entertaining.Pets allowed, maximum two pets each must be 25 pounds were under per association rules. Pet fee $100 per stay

First floor unit with comfortable & modern furnishings. Beautiful walk in shower and tile floor. Sofa very comfortable and kitchen set up perfect. Lucky for us we had handicap placard so we had access to parking without any issues.

When we first arrived, it was very clean and had beautiful place settings on the kitchen bar top and table area with wine and coffee gifts. The master bedroom had a nice king size bed and huge closet to store all our bags in. The 2nd bedroom had a queen size bed, very comfortable. Both rooms had very nice ceiling fans for a goodnight sleep. Pullout couch was ok for little kids. Slept well and really enjoyed the pool and grill area. Felt like we had it to ourselves! Very wellkept grounds. Little lizards were cute on the patio.

We loved our stay at Sandra‘s place. It was Homie and had everything you would ever need beautifully decorated and was pleased with how clean it was. Normally, you don’t find good places to stay that are. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is beautiful. The pool was clean and nice lots of lounge chairs. No stairs apartment on the lower level. It was in a good location too many restaurants, beaches and grocery stores great security and felt safe while there.

The condo. has an excellent location. Quick drive to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nice amenities; tennis court, pool, gym, patio with grills. Friendly customer service check-in. Safe gated community. Host was available to answer questions. Condo. well equipped with all essentials for a home away from home. Condo. was very beautifully decorated and clean. Fully functional kitchen that you may cook all meals there. Washer and dryer in unit convenience. We really enjoyed our stay.

Home Away From Home! Perfect Experience!
My stay @ this property was perfect! The location was ideal for me. Not only was it close to my daughters place, it’s ten minutes (give or take) from Madeira Beach. The place was immaculate. The ambiance of the property, for me, screamed Peaceful.” It was very clean, everything you need is there. For example, cooking ingredients, pots/pans, utensils, plates, etc. The rooms are spacious with “smart” tv’s. The shower is extra large and very clean!! I could go on for hours but if you contemplating staying at this property vs another…I would jump on THIS property. It’s perfect! Communication with the host was superb as well. Book it now before it’s gone. You won’t regret it!

First Class From Beginning to End!!!
This place was a dream to stay, but before I get into the details about the apartment let me first talk about the host Sandra. From the time I first reached out to her she was great! She quickly answered every question I had & some. She gave amazing recommendations. Whether which beach to go to, water sport companies, shopping, places to eat, etc. Check in is at 4:00, but Sandra set out her beach supplies that morning for us to pick up & use. This shows how flexible she is & also how safe the condo/people in the area are. For the apartment itself...it's hands down one of the best I have stayed in! From the time you walk in you can smell how clean it is & feel like you are in an expensive luxurious high rise. The decor is 🔥🔥🔥, the rooms are spacious so we didn't feel cramped with all our stuff. The beds are heavenly so we were able to get a good nights rest. The large shower was a blessing especially after a long day at the beach. And the whole place was stocked with EVERYTHING!!! You don't have to worry about bringing anything. Sandra literally thought of it all & some! We stopped to spend a day at the beach on our drive to Legoland so we only stayed one night and didn't get a chance to utilize any of the other condo amenities. But another bonus about this place is that it is close to the entrance, the pool, and on the first floor right by the parking lot. So we didn't have to walk far, go up any stairs, or wait on an elevator. We will be back!!
