Welcome to our large studio studio, where modern style and comfort come together in a perfect blend! With every detail thoughtfully considered, this space offers a fresh, contemporary feel. While the beach is just a quick drive away, you'll love the convenience of being able to walk to nearby restaurants and soak up the vibrant local atmosphere. After a day of adventure or relaxation, return to your cozy studio and unwind in style. We’re excited to host you and make your stay unforgettable!
Location: Our Capanna units are 6 blocks from Upham beach and close to lively entertainment spots, so you may hear some sounds from nearby venues. We think this adds to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere of the area!
Special Note: During the months of August through December, we often offer an 11 am check-out, except during holiday weeks or days, to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Each studio is private, featuring its own bathroom. The complex is gated and includes a shared courtyard and outdoor space at the center, offering a peaceful area to relax while still being part of the vibrant surroundings.

Great location for beach fun!
This little property was perfect for our beach stay! It’s a walk away from the water, shops, restaurants and bars. It was clean and fresh too!

Sweet Spot
The apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed. It was in a superb location yet we had the quiet that we needed as well. Excellent location ! Only issue during our stay was the weather did not cooperate and the front door security key code lock malfunctioned so our belongings didn’t feel secure. Would definitely stay here again. It was awesome.
