Going Coastal Condo with Stunning Gulf View!

Going Coastal is an escape to the extraordinary! Take in the stunning views from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in the front, and the Intracoastal waterway in the rear. Located in the quaint town of Indian Shores on a rare section of beach called The Narrows. Picture waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach, and looking out the slider from your bedroom and watching the dolphins splash away. Going Coastal has undergone a complete renovation, and features all new tile flooring throughout. The posh bathrooms boast hand-built custom cabinetry and concrete counters, and tile showers framed with European glass. Find yourself at home in a kitchen with all new cabinets and quartz countertops, finished off with stainless appliances. The bedrooms have been furnished with a coastal flair, and new mattresses and bedding await you at the end after a relaxing day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and utensils for you to scratch that culinary itch, or you can head down to the grills down by the beach and cook your dinner over an open flame. There's also Tiki Huts with picnic tables for you to enjoy your meal right on the beach! And of course, if you prefer to dine out, there is an endless variety of amazing restaurants to choose from nearby. There is a laundry room inside the unit with a washer and dryer, complete with detergent, as well as an iron and ironing board. The SeaGate condos also have a heated pool for you to lay out at, or if you prefer to put your toes in the sand, the beach is right outside your door! The unit also has a beach closet that includes everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach.
BEDROOM SETUP The Master suite has a king size bed and a 32" HDTV with built-in DVD player. It also has an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a 32" HDTV with DVD player, It also has an ensuite bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a 28" HDTV with built-in DVD player. This bedroom shares a bath with bedroom 2.
**** This unit comes with one reserved parking spot. If additional parking is needed, you can find them in the non-reserved guest parking or you can find additional parking off site (fees may apply). Two cars max.

Great family vacation!
This condo was fabulous! Very clean, so many amenities and the most perfect view. Pictures are exactly what you get. Very impressed with all the extras including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, endless beach supplies, small library of books and drawer of cards and games. We had such a great stay. Hope to be back soon.

The building is great, the view from the balcony is great, the beach is great … it’s just everything you want in a vacation rental. We will definitely visit again.

This property was just as advertised - a very clean, modern condo right on the beach. Amenities were excellent and while it seemed like there were very few resturants, if you ask around several excellent ones do exist - Salt Rock, Cottonwoods, Benedicts for breakfast, and LuLu's for Ice Cream.

From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The view from this condo is just breathtaking— we were lucky enough to see dolphins almost each morning! 8 adults (4 generations) and an 11 week old baby got to vacation for a week in this beautiful highly accomadating and recommended beach home. We were blown away by the amount of care and thoughtfulness, the amount of extra amenities and heartfelt TLC the hosts put forth for their renters. We've rented many vacation homes in the past that stated they provided beach chairs, and umbrellas. You arrive and there are none, or there are one maybe two chairs, or they were broken and rusted out. This home had more than enough for our whole family, even the baby! They accomadated us with several containers of hand soap, tons of garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, kleenex, the list goes on and on!! We have never been taken care of so well. This vacation home was recognizably clean and the property owners are gems. Thank you for accomadating us, welcoming our family into your home and allowing us to be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy a beautiful week with our loved ones. Our family was very grateful.

The view from everywhere was fantastic and the neighborhood was quiet and laid back. You have a great view of the ocean from the pool, which was so enjoyable. You can see the intercostal from front windows/door. There were a lot of places within walking distance, but not overly touristy, which I loved. This condo has EVERYTHING you could need. All the extra beach toys were a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything as well. (Also, the lady who cleans the pool and common areas was so friendly, kind, helpful and really went above and beyond! Please pass that along if you can. She is wonderful!)

My family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Everything was as listed and beautifully maintained. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. My favorite vacation spot
Stay in an amazing condo made our favorite vacation spot that much better! The condo was absolutely beautiful! And the owners provides everything you could possibly need. When an issue popped up, it was super easy to get in contact if needed! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Furniture on the balcony was great. All the furniture inside the condo was comfy! Only complaints I have about it was the elevator which definitely needs updating and the rail on the balcony, which seems like that would be up to the condo as well as the elevator. I would 100% stay here again!!

Beautiful Condo and Great area to stay!
We had a great time in Indian Shores! This is our first time staying in this area and we really enjoyed it. It felt much less commercialized than many places we have visited in the past which we loved. There was plenty of activities and restaurants to go to though. We visited other beaches, went to a nearby water park, went to putt putt across the street. It is a very family oriented place! The condo unit was very clean, beautiful, and very well stocked. We traveled with my parents, and our 2 children (4 and 2). There were so many items in the storage closet to use at the beach/pool for us and the kids. They loved the beach toys! The pool was a pleasant surprise with being heated. The kids always wanted to swim early and it was so nice that it was warm and they were able to do that! The grounds were very well maintained and everything was clean, including the bathrooms at the pool. We had an overall great experience and would definitely travel back there!
