This beautifully furnished Beach House is equipped and ready for the most discriminating vacationer! All that's left is for you to place your reservation and get ready for some really good times, and lots of laughs.

A treasured Clearwater Beach tradition—for good reason. This beach house is perfect for bringing families and friends together. After a day at the beach, or a round of golf you come back and enjoy everything about this amazing beach house and its surroundings.

The beach here is quiet, scenic and clean, great for sunbathing, walking, running, quiet evening strolls and a short walk to the beach where watching spectacular sunsets is a must!

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

Second Stay
This is our family’s second time staying at this rental. We absolutely love the location of this house. However, this time we didn’t have the best experience. The Wifi didn’t work. Only two stovetop worked. The pool was dirty and the AC was broken and stuck on 82 the whole trip. On the second day, I reached out to the host and no one got back to me until the third day. The AC company said we are too busy and can’t make it you today. We had 3 kids with us, the youngest being 2 and 81 degrees indoor is unacceptable. When someone finally came to take a look at it but couldn’t fix. I was unable to reach the host again. I’ve called, texted and nothing. I do not recommend this rental if you have small children and when it’s summer because outside and inside temperature will be the same.

Awesome stay on a family vacation! Walking distance to the beach, about 2 blocks. Drive to local restaurants and night life was about 2 miles. This house did not disappoint!!The family was pretty happy with the choice. Check-in process was unbelievably easy.We will be returning, thankyou

Great location in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. The house is a rental property, and looks like one. No frills, but was clean and everything worked.. There were plenty of bath and beach towels.

Beach was within walking distance of house and not busy nor crowded. The house was listed as having a gas grill but it was an indirect smoker/grill that looked like it was picked up from the curb that someone was throwing away. It was missing a leg, full of ashes, and grates were rusted. I emailed requesting a gas grill but did not get a response. Swimming pool was six inches low on water so the pump was not working. There were multiple light bulbs out and/or missing. There were no trash bags. The garage was very cluttered. We eventually found a wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella underneath miscellaneous junk. AND we found out we were not suppose to drink the water from the faucets by reading a sign on the street while we were out for a walk on the third day we were there. The neighborhood uses recycled water. Overall the house was good, but thought we’d mention these items.

Great location, good house.
Pool wasn't as pictured, pitted and stained but usable. Beach access in walking distance. House was fine. Yard was in need of mowing, but it didn't make a difference. I would stay there again.

It says it sleeps 10 and has a pullout couch, it also says it sleeps 12 later on in the description, but it barely could fit us 8 and the couch does not have a pullout bed.
