"Staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. The phone in my room did not work. The tv remote had to be replaced. Refrigerator and microwave were clean, operational and handy. Coffee maker and free coffee was nice. Mattress needs to be replaced or at least flipped. Nothing major or serious needs to be done, but a little sprucing up would be nice."

I had an early morning flight from Pennsylvania to Florida for my friend’s wedding and I wanted to check in early. I was willing to pay money to do so.
