Situated in one of the quaintest communities on the Island, we're pleased to offer a very quiet, secluded couples retreat or a place to getaway with a few friends and/or family.

Rental includes a one-car garage, gated access to the property and use of the pool until 9 PM. Outdoor deck off of the apartment is perfect for morning coffee and / or late afternoon cocktails!
There is space for one vehicle in a private garage. No other parking area is available. There is only parking for one vehicle.
Pool is not heated but is available for guest use. Sorry, Hot Tub is not available for guest use. Controls are located in the main home and are not accessible to guests.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
