Nestled ideally between seclusion and centrality, this beautifully renovated duplex offers a prime location just a short 0.2-mile stroll to beach access at Myrtle St. Whether you're seeking a peaceful hideaway or an exciting coastal adventure, this property is the ideal setting.

1150 East Peachtree St. forms one half of a duplex that can be enjoyed independently or in conjunction with the other half for larger groups (refer to VRBO listing #3972481 for details on renting both units together).

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (5 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The duplex has been extensively remodeled and outfitted with new furnishings to ensure a luxurious stay. Each space is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring premium linens, high-definition Smart TVs, and spacious living areas. The backyard offers a private outdoor space to relax and unwind.

The primary bedroom suite is a haven of relaxation, complete with a king-sized bed, additional living and sleeping areas, and an expansive en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed, and a conveniently located hallway bathroom provides easy access.

Outstanding Rental!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We will definitely be booking it again. The overall cleanliness was impressive and it was by far the best property that we’ve booked while at SSI. We usually vacation at SSI 3-4 times a year and we can’t wait to book this property again!

Beach time on the barrier island
Our visit at this property was fantastic! The location was the biggest perk from Moms POV. The children enjoyed separate beds even though they had to share room. The master bedroom space was phenomenal! While we walked in and it was quite warm, the AC QUICKLY cooled to make for a comfortable & pleasant stay during a very WARM (HOT!) week on the island. The washer & dryer worked well, and the refrigerator size accommodated our family perfectly. We hope to return with additional family and rent the entire property soon! The decor was lovely & just perfect for a beach house. We look forward to returning!!

10/10!! Most vacation rentals look great in pictures because professional photographers know how to highlight the good while maybe not showing as much of the not so great. Well this place really is that good! We’ve rented houses on the island for the past 4 years for a 4th of July family trip and this one has been our favorite so far. The decor is very well done, the backyard is so cute and private, and furnishings in and out are comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought and hard work went into making this place feel like home. The location is great too. Close enough to everything while also being slightly away from the main areas like the pier. It’s right off of Ocean Blvd and walking distance to 3 of the more popular restaurants Crab Trap, Crabdaddy’s and Fiddlers which is great because parking is horrible at any of those! Bring or rent your bikes or a golf cart because it’s easy access to whatever you need. We had a small issue with our door code not working when we first arrived, but a text to the management company was answered very quickly and the problem rectified in less than 10 minutes. I was very impressed with them and their customer service even before our trip had begun. I had asked them a couple of questions and they were very friendly and helpful. This unit is a duplex and one night the neighbors were a bit loud, but like I said 4th of July and it wasn’t unbearable. Just being honest in case that’s an issue for someone who wants complete privacy or quiet.
