"The Pink Palm is great. The staff are welcoming -even better, the attentiveness does not stop at check in. Several more appropriately spaced text messages informed me of check in, emergency after desk hour contact information, and checking on us before check out. The plan of the property is impressive. Each room has its own little sense of privacy. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well appointed. Bed is comfy. It was perfect. A 5 minute walk doe hill to main st. 12 minute to ferry to other islands. Porters help with bags up and down the labyrinth of steps in the property."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from our balcony was excellent, and the grounds were nice. The wait staff at the restaurant was very nice, but the food was just okay. It is a bit challenging to walk from here because sidewalks are spotty near it and the property is on a pretty steep hill. "

"The room was exceptionally clean. However I was more wary of too many steps around the hotel. There was no light on one particular area where the steps were, and I almost fell off the steps. Other than that , I really like the hotel and restaurant. "
