we began our trip on the "natural" end of St John's at an "eco-resort". One of those environmentally friendly shower with rain water, climb 30 flights of stairs to a treehouse kind of place. It was cool but after 3-4 days I'd had enough of the communing with nature. I needed creature comforts and wandered around to get a good internet signal and found this place on St Thomas. We booked it and then paid a local guy named Mango to drive us off the mountain and to the ferry. I rode in the back of his truck with the bags. Our host, Diane, reached out prior to our arrival ensuring we had proper directions. GPS and St Thomas don't exactly coincide as smoothly as you might hope but she was ready for such an eventuality. The place was clean, nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, updated appliances and plenty of towels, linens etc. As a host, she also goes the extra mile and provides coffee, a few snacks, bathroom accessories and makes herself available should you have any questions and I mean "any" questions. We were tired when we arrived and I half jokingly asked for a pizza delivery recommendation and she replied in minutes with the place to call and the info they would need to get the pizza to us. (Addresses in St Thomas don't exactly work the way you might think...they needed to be told "right at light past the food center then 5th house on the right etc"). All in all, Diane and her 1 bedroom place, made our stay in the USVI quite comfortable. We will return

Great location, great apartment
This apt was close to Compas Point Marina and Sunset grill. So it was perfect for us for the first couple of nights before picking up our boat. The walk to Sunset Grill was about a mile but pleasurable. Cabs are available if you can’t walk that far. Room was exactly as described.

have to drive to the beach
The apartment was very clean and welcoming. Our host was kind and welcoming. Provided a lot of excellent recommendation! We did have to drive to the closest beach, but it was small and private. We would recommend putting the TV in the living room instead of the bedroom. There was coffee and tea available with sweeteners and creamer!!! That was a nice touch as were the fresh flowers! That was a lovely surprise. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Better than expected!
My teenage girls and I stayed here and it was above my expectations. From the time we got here it was a good experience. The house is CLEAN and has everything you need for your stay.THE AC WORKS EXTREMELY WELL!!! My girls were super happy about that after a long day. I loved the extra towels/washrags they give you. The screened in porch is so nice at nighttime. I never felt unsafe here and as a Mom of two teenage girls that was a big deal.

Home Away From Home
This was a great place to stay while we were in St. Thomas and I'd highly recommend it. It truly felt like a home away from home. Diane was very accommodating and always available when we needed to reach out to her. It's close enough to restaurants and bars, walking distance even, while still being far enough away that you didn't hear the bustle of cars and people. 10/10!

We enjoyed this unit. Had lots of amenities, clean, good location. Red Hook is close and St Johns ferry. A little tricky getting directions to taxi but not too hard to figure out.

Close to everything in Red Hook
The unit is in a quiet area with ocean views and close to Red Hook (3 min car ride) The property has all the amenities such as a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is a private bedroom and a pull out coach on the living area. It is also close to several beaches within 3-10 minutes away. Diane is a great host and will provide anything you need. The rental also comes with beach and bath towels.

Great Place to Stay
This was a great place for us. The location was perfect, however it is farther from secret harbor than is listed (it's about a mile from there). The unit itself was very roomy, nicely furnished and decorated and very clean/spotless. It provides everything you could want with the only exception of beach chairs. Large closet was nice to store luggage and all of your clothing and a full dresser. AC was wonderful. Communication was excellent as I had an issue with the hair dryer and a new one was immediately provided which was fabulous! I highly recomment staying here.

This is about my 12th stay in the USVI and I speak from experience that this is a great spot for solo or couple traveling. I did not have a rental car so the location walking distance to Redhook and a block away from public transportation made it perfect for me. Nice cold air, spacious kitchen and living room. I

Everything you need and close to redhook! A+
We liked how close this was to redhook, that we actually walked a few times down to the bars. The place itself has everything you’ll need, full kitchen and all the utensils. Here are some bullet points of things we enjoyed. -Keurig coffee provided -Small soaps and shampoos -Lots of clean towels -Comfy couch in dining room -The bed was comfortable, we slept very well, but it is squeaky. The only thing missing that we needed at a certain point would have been an umbrella. But it rains so briefly in St Thomas that you can usually just wait out the rain. The place is safe and has an easy spot for us to park our rental car. The host responded right away to all of our questions and check-in and out was a breeze with the lockbox. I highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was as described in the listing. The bed was very noisy and you could hear when someone moved around. If you're a light sleeper that might be a deal breaker for you. The driveway is very steep which may not be accessible for those who struggle with mobility issues. We had no issue finding the location as the host had given great directions beforehand. We also had an issue with not getting a rental car and our host went above and beyond to help us find a local company! I couldnt say enough positive things about the host!

Nice more modern clean place. Plenty of room for two w all the usual conveniences. I would stay here again. However, your not going to walk to any of the local attractions. A car is a must !
