Love Bluebeards! Lisa and Jay, at the pool bar (Fri-Mon) are WONDERFUL and will take care of you! Breakfast and lunch are great, on the property. Don’t order dinner! We ordered dinner 3 different times and the food was TERRIBLE! I’m not sure who cooks dinner but man, just don’t. The breakfast and lunch cooks do an AMAZING job! We stayed in the Castle Villas (124) and had an amazing view of the Havensight Cruise Port.

This is a good hotel, with the standard amenities you need, in a quiet location, with spectacular views. Ideal for relaxing. A very helpful staff in front desk.

The location was central and convenient. The fact that the pool, bar, hot-tub, restaurant, and nightly entertainment was on-site made this a great choice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the view was nice

There is a beautiful view of St. Thomas Harbor from the hotel deck The rooms are large and contemporary. The staff is friendly. Had an issue with the linen exchange service. We did not receive a linen bag and had to use a trash bag for linen exchange and the trash bag with our linen was not exchanged for the first two days.

Staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and we had the perfect view! Half mountains and the bay! They had a coffee shop with basic breakfast options like bagels. We will definitely be coming back amd staying at Blue Beards Castle!

property has a good view of the harbor and surrounding areas. Hard to go downtown without renting a cab. Bathroom was very small and no daily maid service. Cost $50 to have the maid service for one day of stay. room had the smell of mold when we checked in. the attitude of the front desk staff is rude and not acceptable

My rating is based on an unpleasant experience at the pool bar. My friend and I went there for breakfast and were greeted by a very unfriendly server who was non-local, wearing black nail polish and extremely short pants. His attitude was terrible, so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. After talking to other staff members, we learned that this behavior is unfortunately the norm for him. It's a shame, as it really tainted our experience. However the rooms were cleaned and property was lovely.
